Distance Education Quotations

If you need a quotation after your application for admission was approved, or if you are a senior student, you should fax or email a request including the following information:​​

  • Student number
  • Surname and initials
  • ID number
  • E-mail address (Compulsory)
  • Cell phone number
  • Course code or description
  • The subjects you need to be quoted for
Compulsory: Include a clear copy of your ID document.

The quotation will be emailed to you within five (5) working days after receipt of your written request.

If you have registered your subjects online for the 1st and/or 2nd semester, a quotation afterwards will be irrelevant. If you need a financial statement containing all the subjects you registered, subject prices as well as your outstanding balance, please request it from the Financial Department at the following email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected]

Note

A clear copy of your ID document should be attached to all emailed and faxed enquiries/Requests/Applications. If you fail to attach a copy of your ID document, your enquiry Will be discarded.
