In order to submit an application, you must use the NEW Z83 form, which is available on the internet at www.judiciary.org.za or at www.dpsa.gov.za/dpsa2g/vacancies.asp or can be obtained from any Public Service Department. You must include only a recent comprehensive CV; contactable referees (phone numbers and email addresses must be given). Human Resources will communicate the date of the interview and the date of submitting certified copies of qualifications and other related documents to the candidates who are shortlisted. A fully completed and signed application form must be submitted by each applicant. As indicated in the job advertisement, the application must include the correct job title, the office where the position is advertised, and the reference number. In the case of uncompleted, unsigned, or uninitialed applications, the applicant will be disqualified.

The Police Clearance certificate from the country of origin must be provided to dual citizenship holders (once they have been shortlisted).
