The impact of the eFiling platform upgrade was communicated on 14 February 2023. Towards achieving Vision 2024 of a modern, smart SARS with unquestionable integrity that is trusted and admired, nine strategic objectives underpin our vision. Strategic Objective 6 is particularly relevant in this regard, as it deals with the availability of our digital channels and the absence of security breaches related to known risks.

In order to deliver on these strategic objectives, we perform regular maintenance on our digital platforms and technology infrastructure to ensure that they are secure and free of known vulnerabilities.
