TUT Vacancy
 There is a permanent position available at the Pretoria Campus in the Directorate of Human Resources & Transformation. In addition to designing, developing, and implementing innovative compensation and benefits strategies, the Director-Recruitment and Benefits will be responsible for ensuring employees receive competitive salaries and benefits.
The position will also oversee the university’s HR System’s strategy and databases, as well as its overall management and execution. Support the university’s management with specialized strategic advice.Â
Minimum Requirements TUT Vacancy
- NQF 9 (A relevant Master’s degree)
- 5 years relevant experience at Management Level
- Practical knowledge of Recruitment, Selection, Talent and Retention Management
- Knowledge of relevant HR Policies and Legislature
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Knowledge on HR portals and Recruitment principles
- Practical knowledge and application of people management principles
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentations and facilitation skills
- Consultation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, project management and process management skills
- Strong interpersonal/influencing skills and the ability to establish credibility quickly in an organization
- Solid financial background and understanding of how people /benefit costs impact the financial performance of an organization
- Registration with a professional HR body will be an advantage
- Report writing
