There is a constant concern among the students in eMalahleni about issues that they believe are preventing them from advancing academically.
A number of protesters are protesting the capping of accommodation costs, the elimination of modules in courses, and the capping of transportation costs.
The students continued to protest at the institution’s smaller entrance along France Quass Avenue on Monday, March 13.
Due to road disruptions around the university, motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
