TUT Part-Time Administrative Assistant Vacancies

• Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders
• Arrangement of MOU/SLAs between the directorate and stakeholders
• Handling projects relating to community engagements
• Coordinate and facilitate projects
• Engagement with stakeholders
• Minutes taking and report writing
• Assist with the running of Extracurricular Development programmes and initiatives
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Directorate for Extracurricular Development and Support.
• Assist with general office management and other related tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• A National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Include: Copy of your highest qualification, copy of your ID and the TUT employment form

Experience

1-year experience in leadership or administrative experience at Tshwane University of Technology
