(TUT) Highlights from the Faculty of Humanities Graduation – April 2023

TUT held an autumn graduation ceremony from 11 – 14 April to honor graduates from its Faculty of Humanities.
Soshanguve South Campus’ Ruth First Hall hosted the joyous event.

Among the 3069 graduates, 1962 received honours degrees, postgraduate diplomas, and bachelor’s degrees, 25 received master’s degrees, and 11 received doctorate degrees.
The faculty also celebrated the graduation of two visually impaired students and honored Dr Max Marhanele with the degree of Doctor of Language Practice, Honoris Causa for his contributions as an educator, former high school principal, and extraordinary author in the indigenous languages field.
We wish all Humanities faculty graduates well and wish them the best of luck.
