TUT Status Check 2024

The Certification Management Office​ is responsible for the planning and implementation of graduation events and the maintenance of graduation records in the student administration system. We work closely with fellow staff members in the Student Services and Administration division, faculties and senior management of the University.
Our role is to make sure you have all the information​ you need to make your graduation ceremony an unforgettable experience for you and your invited guests.​ The Graduations Office identifies graduates who will be issued with qualification certificates and invites the graduates to the scheduled graduation ceremonies.

If your graduation information is not available on this link, please complete the Online Application Form before:
  • 28 February for April/May 2024 Graduation ceremonies
  • 8 September for October 2024​ Graduation ceremonies
