Provision of TUT Student Accommodation 2024-2027. As Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) charts its course into the years 2024-2027, a pivotal aspect of its vision involves the continued provision and enhancement of student accommodation.
Provision of TUT Student Accommodation 2024-2027
Eligible service providers are invited to apply for accreditation to provide suitable accommodation to students at the Mbombela & Polokwane campuses of the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Applicants are advised that rental amounts shall be in accordance with the NSFAS-approved 2024 rates and subject to the TRes Grading System.
The following information is supplied to aid the potential applicants with the application process.

- Closing Date of Applications: 3 November 2023
- Closing Time for Applications: 00:00 (twelve o’clock mid-night)
