3. Tswana (LTA405P) 1 post

Critical Performance Areas

• Teach the foundations of English, Isizulu, and Tswana language and situational learning at the Diploma and B.Ed. SP/FET programs
• Compile a study guide according to the prescribed level descriptors for this subject.
• Participate in departmental administration activities which include compiling three examination papers, compiling continuous assessment activities and tests, marking scripts, entering marks on ITS, and giving prompt student feedback.
• Assist with students’ queries related to the subject.
• Promote ethics, excellence, and quality in teaching and learning.

Minimum Requirements

 Academic qualifications

• A master’s degree in language

Experience

• Three years of teaching experience in education.
• Knowledge in teaching English/Isizulu and Tswana language, which includes technology-assisted methods.
