Purpose

The trainee role is a development pathway for key positions within businesses.

Experience and qualifications

Students completing their final year of university degrees in the following fields are eligible: Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics), Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, This is not a comprehensive list

Responsibilities

• Utilize proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions to provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations
• Ensure that the learning role is effectively performed by planning, reporting, and updating all related information in a timely manner
• Contribute to new innovations within the business against goals by participating in the innovation process
