The Faculty of Science requires the services of a Part-Time Clinical Grant Audit Assistant at the Pretoria Campus.

Key performance areas

• Gather information from TUT reporting system and liaise with grant coordinators to ensure correctness of expenditure in line with the approved budgets.
• Ensure that financial reports are presented accurately.
• Assist in Clinical Grant audit preparations conducted by DHET as well as external auditors.

Minimum Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

• MTech / MSc degree in Health Sciences.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years working with training grants within a higher education sector.
• Interpreting and analysis of financial statements.
• Preparing financial reports.

Hours: Five (5) hours per week
